Many sources have confirmed that Brazilian featherweight Godofredo Pepey (13-4) is out of this Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 106 matchup against Kyle Bochniak (7-1) with a nose injury. It is uncertain whether Boston’s Bochniak will stay on the card in Fortaleza, Brazil. Pepey, a Fortaleza native, has won four of the past five conflicts, with the only loss during that stretch coming against Darren Elkins via unanimous decision at UFC on FOX 20 last July 23. Three of his last four wins also have earned Performance of the Night bonuses.
