They move again for one more season from the second-tier, after Hamburg spectacularly blew their promotion chances last year. They’ve started well, but together with four points from their opening two, and I am backing them to beat a Bochum side that have just one stage and six concessions out of their first couple. An amazing 4-0 away beating of Nurnburg within their final outing sees Hamburg head to this one brimming with confidence. Next up, I am financing Vitesse to beat Zwolle in the Eredivisie with a -1 handicap. Vitesse have beaten Zwolle in their past three meetings–all of that with a margin of at least two aims –and by what we’ve seen previously this season, it is hard to envision a different result. The people lost their opening two games of the season 3-1 against Utrecht along with Willem II, while Vitesse drawn with Ajax in their warehouse prior to beating the aforementioned Willem II 2-0 on the road. Evens looks a good cost. Huddersfield have looked awful this season, and with the pressure currently cranking on boss Jan Siewert, I’m backing another home defeat — now against Fulham. So far this season, the Terriers have lost at home to Derby, drawn at QPR and eventually on Tuesday were dumped out of their Carabao Cup from League One Lincoln. Fulham also started off poorly with a defeat at Barnsley, but a good home win against Blackburn caught them back on track, and I believe they’ve far too much quality to fall points against a Huddersfield ensemble who already look bereft of any sort of assurance.
